In my own personal running journey, there have been two major options- either I printed off a random training plan from the internet, or I paid $150+ PER MONTH for private coaching. While I had success with the private coaching, the cost is not within many budgets.

If you find yourself with some running goals and the same two options that don't feel just right, I'd like to introduce a happy middle ground that will help you train efficiently in the midst of the rest of your life, while not breaking the bank!

Coaching choices

Keeping things simple and straightforward enables you to have a clear view of training expectations, while the flexibility of the plan allows for adjustment to various stressors or logistical challenges from your daily life.

Happiest Plan ($250)

Initial consultation, 12-16 week plan (including pacing & speedwork) tailored for a maintenance phase or a goal race, up to 12 check-ins, strength/mobility suggestions, race plan (including fueling)

Happier Plan ($150)

Initial consultation, 12-16 week plan (including pacing & speedwork) tailored for a maintenance phase or a goal race, up to 8 check-ins, race plan (including fueling)
